Team Harmony is a group-singing team-building experience co-produced by Engagement Unlimited and The Agency Singers. Participants are split into vocal sections, each guided live, and the session builds to a reveal where every section combines into one sound that only exists because the whole group contributed.
Do participants need to know how to sing?
No. Team Harmony is fully guided and inclusive — no musical experience is required. Each vocal section learns one simple, accessible part, no one performs a solo, and no one auditions.
How long is a Team Harmony session?
The core experience runs three phases: a 30-minute connection and warm-up, 20 minutes of guided learning in vocal sections, then the live ensemble reveal. A facilitation layer connecting the experience to workplace themes can be added for retreats or leadership days.
What songs are used?
Sessions use globally recognized, accessible songs — Hey Jude (The Beatles), Lean on Me (Bill Withers), and Sweet Caroline (Neil Diamond) — chosen for their familiarity, simplicity, and universal emotional resonance.
