"(Cisco Systems) loved the buddy bench build. You are my ABSOLUTE GO-TO for team building so I hope to send more your way. Thanks for making this work and for being SUCH A GREAT PARTNER."
Tiffany Tibbetts · Fairmont Hotel Vancouver"As a manager who has seen many similar events, NEVER HAVE I BEEN INVOLVED IN ONE THIS GOOD. The actors went beyond just acting. They DREW PEOPLE IN, charmed and entertained, and carried the evening in a FUN AND SPIRITED manner."
Scott Cumming · F&B Manager · Hotel El Dorado"We have worked with Engagement Unlimited on numerous occasions, and they CONSISTENTLY EXCEED OUR EXPECTATIONS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM to anyone looking for unique and impactful activations. We look forward to partnering with them again in the future!"

For BC Hotel & Conference Venues
A client asks what they can do that night. Whatever you say next comes back to you — a great night in your building, or a phone call on Monday. We’ve been the answer inside BC hotels for 34 years, and the venue people who put their name on us wrote down why.
34 YEARS · 2,300+ EVENTS · 92% REBOOKING
A planner tours four hotels in a day. By dinner they blur together — same ballroom, same AV package, same coffee break. What they remember is the one where something happened.
That’s the job we do for a venue. We come in on your site inspections and FAM trips and do something genuinely memorable, so your building is the one that gets talked about on the drive home. You stay the creative one, the interesting one — the host who thought of it. We’re just the people who pulled it off.
And when your client asks “what can we do that night?” — the question that lands on your desk constantly and belongs to nobody — you have a real answer instead of a list of phone numbers.
Everything below runs in a standard ballroom, breakout, or lounge. No stage required, no venue build-out, and we work around your AV — not on top of it.
Family Friendly Feud, Pop Trivia, Name That Tune, Bust A Move. 20–500 people, 45–90 minutes. The default answer to “we need something after dinner.”
A comedy whodunnit where the guests are the suspects. 90 minutes, works in any layout. The one that turns a seated dinner into an event.
Buddy Benches, MudPie Kitchens, Birthday Boxes, Backpacks. The group builds something real for a local charity. Strong for CSR-minded conferences and for FAM trips — it photographs beautifully.
A professional host to run your room and keep it on time, Roger’s keynote, or costumed characters working the crowd during receptions and site inspections.
Not sure which fits a particular client? Send them our way and we’ll help you figure it out — before you’ve promised anything.
We’ve run events inside BC hotel and conference venues for 34 years — often for a planner who booked us directly, in a building whose sales team never knew we were there.
That’s not a client list. Those are buildings where someone on the venue team wrote to tell us how it went.
The risk in recommending an outside vendor isn’t only that the show is bad. It’s that it becomes yours to manage — a vendor calling your banquet captain, a load-in nobody scheduled, a run-of-show your conference services manager ends up rewriting at four in the afternoon.
That doesn’t happen here. We arrive with our own performers, props, costumes, signage, music and kit. We work around your AV rather than on top of it. We take the room, run it on time, and hand it back. Your team’s job on the night is the job they already had.
Which is the part that matters when it’s your name on the recommendation: the client has a night they talk about, and nobody on your floor spent the evening managing it.
A client asks what they can do that night. You send them to us, we quote them directly, you’re out of the middle. No commission to track, no contract between us.
You tell us who’s coming and what you want them to remember. We build the bit around your building. This is what we do with the Sheraton Wall Centre.
Your team-building day, your holiday social, your associate appreciation night, your sales rally. It’s also the most direct way to see the real thing before you put your name on it with a client.
Tell us your venue, your city, and roughly what you’re thinking. We’ll come back with what fits and what it costs — no pitch deck, no pressure.
