Saturday, October 17, 2026 · Museum of Vancouver. Tickets are $46 general admission, or $45/$43 per person for groups of 2 or 3 (plus fees & taxes). We will email before the event to see who wants to volunteer to play one of the six suspects.

THE SUSPECTS BECOME THE HEROES OF THE NIGHT. — all it takes is being comfortable as the center of attention and able to read English and speak clearly. For this first event, there’s no cost to be a suspect, but future events will charge, so get in while the going is good.

Murder YOU Mystery is an interactive whodunit where six of your colleagues become suspects and everyone else becomes a junior detective. Professional actor-detectives from Engagement Unlimited guide the investigation — but the killer is always one of YOU. It’s 90 minutes of non-stop laughter, connection, and genuine suspense — and nobody knows who did it until the very end. It is a murder mystery party built for corporate groups — Vancouver murder mysteries with a script shaped around real workplace dynamics rather than a generic whodunnit.
How many people can participate?
Murder YOU Mystery runs for groups of 10 to 200 participants. It’s one of the few interactive murder mystery formats that truly scales — the investigation structure works for an intimate team of 20 just as powerfully as it does for a ballroom of 180.

How does Murder YOU Mystery work?
It runs in three acts. In Act 1, our professional actor-detectives set the scene, introduce the suspects (six of your colleagues), and kick off the investigation. In Act 2, teams of junior detectives gather clues, interrogate suspects, and build their case. In Act 3, the teams present their verdict — and the killer is revealed. One team wins. Everyone leaves having solved a crime together.

Is Murder YOU Mystery appropriate for corporate groups?
Yes — and corporate groups are exactly who it’s designed for. The format doesn’t require any acting, risk-taking, or vulnerability from participants. Everyone plays as a detective; the actor-detectives from Engagement Unlimited carry the performance. It works equally well for senior leadership teams, large all-staff events, and client entertainment.

Do participants have to act or perform?
Only if you’re one of the six suspects — and even then, it’s light. Six of your team members volunteer (or are volunteered) to be suspects; they receive a simple character brief and their lines are guided by our professional actors. Everyone else plays as a detective, with no acting training or improv experience needed. The only thing most participants have to do is ask questions, gather clues, and argue their case.

How long does Murder YOU Mystery run?
The event runs approximately 90 minutes from kickoff to reveal. Allow time before for any brief setup or introductions, and time after if your group wants to debrief, take photos, or continue the conversation over drinks. We’ll give you a precise timeline in your event planning call.

What’s included in Murder YOU Mystery?
Engagement Unlimited provides professional actor-detectives, costumes for the suspect characters, detective kits for every participant, all clues and evidence materials, scoring and facilitation, and the Big Reveal. AV — screens, projector, microphone — is the venue’s responsibility; we’ll tell you exactly what we need in advance. It runs either as a cocktail-hour group activity or as a full seated dinner mystery, depending on how your evening is shaped.
