Insight:

When asked by a DMC partner to do something beyond murder mysteries — roving Mountie characters for a Canadian-themed event — we said yes! The first thing we agreed to do — to change our format from doing what WE CREATED to doing what OUR CLIENTS WANTED — was creating those roving Mountie characters.

Once we built the Mounties, everything shifted. We stopped being a murder mystery company and started being a company that builds what our clients need.

That was over 30 years ago. We’ve been doing it ever since.

You wanted to extend energy before & after the main event. We created roving character packages — same actors, different roles, triple the touchpoints. Over-The-Threshold energy + main event + Prize Patrol afterward.

You asked for more energy at registration, during breaks, and after the main program — not just during the keynote or game show. We created the Prize Patrol, Over-The-Threshold welcomes, and roving performers who work the room before anyone sits down. Now your event has three engagement touchpoints instead of one, using the same performers you already booked.

A client asked: “Can you recreate the energy of Vegas without the casino?” We built The Vegas Experience — showgirls,, Sinatra crooner, roving characters, Michael Buble & Elvis impersonators photo ops, the whole atmosphere.
