Team Building Disguised as FUN!!
Engagement is a Magnifier and Multiplier. Put engagement into a room (virtual or live) and magnify the benefits of what you want to get out of that room whether that is more engagement, creative fun, improved connections, better relationships, stronger bottom line and greater productivity.
Virtual and Live engaging Team Building options include: Family Feud + Name That Tune
Engagement is the secret sauce that makes (virtual and live) events and meetings magical.
“... this was definitely the best team building exercise I've done not just at Oracle, but in my 15 year sales career. It was fun, engaging, and everyone felt good afterward. It was a perfect blend of needing to concentrate on the work / teamwork and enjoying the experience. Creative and worthwhile.”

Team Building Disguised as FUN!
NAME THAT TUNE
An awesomely fun, on-trend group activity that gets participants up on their feet, singing, dancing, and battling head to head in the ultimate music competition. Your classic game show host will divide the room in half and pit teams against each other in a series of music-based games.
TUNE TRIVIA
A round of light-hearted pub-style music trivia with questions like “Which rockstar wrote the infamous Bangles hit ‘Manic Monday’?” (PRINCE!)
SHAKE IT OFF DANCE-OFF
Representatives from each team are called up to show off their best moves to Taylor Swift’s dance hit “Shake it Off”. Top contenders on each side must face off before a neutral judging party and show off their best “Running Man” “Sprinkler” or even “Fax Machine” - whatever they can rock with the most confidence!
BLIND KARAOKE
An iconic pop/rock song is played, but right before the chorus, the music is cut and guests must guess the next set of lyrics.
e.g. “Wake me up, before you go-go, don’t leave me hangin’ on....” (LIKE A YO-YO!)
“I wanted to send you a note to say THANK YOU very much for all that you did to make our sales rally such a success! Kicking it off with Name that Tune was perfect, and everyone loved it! The team building event [Playschool Playscapes] was incredible, I have had so much great feedback about how fun it was, and how much they loved the fact that we were “giving back”. I know that was a lot of work for your team to prepare, and we truly do appreciate you working with us to make that happen! - Helen Pratt, Director, Sales Fairmont Hotels Pacific Northwest

PLAYSCHOOL PLAYSCAPES -- Mud Pie Kitchens
An amazing way to create hero-energy and give back to the local community. Groups build Mud Pie Kitchens or Buddy Benches to be donated to daycares and schools in need.
How it works:
Teams work in groups to win packages of materials and build outdoor play kitchens or buddy benches. These items are made from natural materials for daycares and elementary schools in areas where kids need the most support.
The goal is to encourage collaboration, communication, and creativity while giving back to the community in a hugely impactful way.

Video: Success of Virtual Pub Trivia
Success of Virtual Pub Trivia Now for Larger Groups!
Recently we were asked to expand our Virtual Pub Trivia to include up to 200 people. We originally created this product as a small gathering where everyone saw each other and it felt like we were all in one room.
It was wildly successful at that size and we received comments from each show like,
“For the first time I have more energy after a zoom call than before”.
We were hesitant to expand to a larger group because we were concerned we would lose some of the engagement value that made this event so successful.
We believe engagement is more important than ever in a virtual world and while not all groups are small, all groups deserve Fun, Bonding and Energizing Engagement.
So we worked on making this event succeed for medium and larger groups as well.
How did it go?
Well, we have done larger groups 3 times in the past month and in each case as we finished the show, the organizers spoke up to say that they had so much fun they want to rebook immediately.
If you are looking for a dynamic, engaging, virtual (or live) experience, please contact us at Engagement Unlimited.
We would love to discuss how we can help with…
Engagement that Creates RESULTS,
Play that creates POWER and Education that Drives DEEP and Lasting Change.
“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.” Michael Jordan
“At the end of the day, you are solely responsible for your success and your failure. And the sooner you realize that, you accept that, and integrate that into your work ethic, you will start being successful. As long as you blame others for the reason you aren’t where you want to be, you will always be a failure.” Erin Cummings

Video: Live at Home, Virtual at Conference
Live at Home, Virtual at Conference
One of the things that makes virtual so appealing at times is that now you can control where you are live and where you are virtual.
What do I mean by that?
Well before covid, our choice was binary.
Either I go or I don’t.
But with virtual, our opportunities compound, in a good way.
For example, before when you went to a conference, the conference was live… where was the virtual?
It still existed but it was directed at your home life.
For example, I would be live on the stage but virtual with my family or staff talking on the phone.
Team Building in the Digital Age!
Engagement is a Magnifier and Multiplier. Put engagement into a room (virtual or live) and magnify the benefits of what you want to get out of that room whether that is more engagement, creative fun, improved connections, better relationships, stronger bottom line and greater productivity.
Engagement is the secret sauce that makes (virtual and live) events and meetings magical.

Pulled on my favorite White T Shirt before the long commute to Winter Bike to Work Day (I rode to the corner store and then back to my home office!) stopping to pick up some Peppermint Patties (rich dark chocolate blended with refreshing peppermint) to give to my Friend to help Make her Day, and then spent some time remembering my Grandmother's Achievements (she ran the local school board when the men were away at war) before Getting Out My Guitar (and only looking at it as I can't play a chord to save my life) while I Didn't Cry Over Spilled Milk as I celebrated Satisfied Staying Single Day.

Video: Engagement is a Superpower 9X Results
I'm Roger Haskett, and we're going to talk a little bit about the “Age of Engage”.
How to Create Engagement is one of my award-winning talks, and one of the main points of this talk is that Engagement is a Superpower. It magnifies and multiplies results. When you want to create potent experiences and use your time so that you get the most out of it, what you really want to be doing is putting engagement in the room.
Why?
I'm glad you asked that question, because what we're finding from places like Gallup and Harvard Business Studies and Trends in Global Engagement, et cetera, from all of these associations & organizations that are studying engagement now like never before, what we’re finding, what we’re understanding now is that engagement is a superpower.
And to be clear, the term employee from the image above can be put in brackets because you can substitute customer or staff or family or student, for employee… because engagement works for all of them.
When you focus a little bit on engagement, when you put a little bit of energy into engagement, you multiply your results and you can see up to nine times the result i.e., a little bit of effort can lead to explosive results.
Revenue is a loaded term because what revenue means depends on what revenue is to you. Sometimes it means money. Certainly, if you put engagement into a company you will see the bottom line improve.
But it doesn't just mean the bottom line. It also means things that I care about. When I'm in rooms talking to people, what I care about are things like how much learning is going on and how much are people actually retaining the learning? So that when they leave, the learning goes with them, it follows them.
Or for me, revenue is how many connections are happening, how many relationships are getting stronger and deeper.
Why do we talk about engagement now?
Why is everyone talking about engagement?
Why does everyone want to engage with you?
It's because engagement is a superpower.
Please reach out to find out more about how engagement can help you and your organization your company, or even just you at home, because that's important too, isn't it?

“Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.” Dr. Seuss
