Step 1 — Kickoff & Teams

We introduce the mission, divide you into teams, choose your themes, and launch the build: Birthday Boxes, Kindness Kits or Backpacks for Kids — with heart, purpose & fun.

Step 2 — Pack Joy & Kindness Together

Teams assemble Birthday Boxes filled with gifts, games, decorations, cake mix — everything needed for an exciting birthday party for six kids — plus handwritten encouragement from your team.

Step 3 — The Community Handoff (Hero Moment)

The event builds to an emotional, high-energy finish: your completed Birthday Boxes, Kindness Kits & Backpacks for Kids are handed off to community partner organizations — and your team gets to see the impact you are making in real time.
